What is the procedure for facilitating a purchase?

It is important to note that cashier's checks and money orders may require additional time to obtain. Is financing an option offered by your company?
At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not provide financing options. However, you may reserve a part by making a payment of 20% of the total order cost. We will hold the part for you for 30 days, ensuring that it is reserved exclusively for your use during this period. We will not engage in the sale of the part to any other parties during this time. Please note that the remaining balance must be settled before the dispatch of the part.
Can I come in person to collect my auto parts?
We understand that having a pickup option would be convenient; however, we currently do not offer this service because our inventory is spread across multiple supplier locations. We want to assure you that all orders placed within the United States come with free shipping to make your experience as seamless as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
What components come with a used engine when I place an order?
The engine assembly that will be received will comprise the primary internal components, which include the block, head, piston, camshaft, crankshaft, and many more internal parts along with additional essential parts. Furthermore, change-over accessories and items exhibiting signs of wear and tear may also be included. It is important to note that these supplementary items will not be covered under warranty, but there will be no charges associated with them.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are generally delivered within a time-frame of seven to ten business days, excluding holidays and weekends. However, please be advised that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delivery delays.
Is it possible to deliver to a residential address?
Yes, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to both residential and commercial addresses. Please note, however, that an additional fee of $150 will apply if a forklift is necessary for the delivery process.
What actions should I take if the merchandise received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
