Note: Customers who purchase extended warranties are required to retain maintenance receipts for services performed every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. For customers enrolled in the “1-3 year” plan, the loss of a single receipt after one year may result in the invalidation of their warranty claim.

Engine Warranty Not Covered?❌
- Peripheral components such as sensors, switches, belts, hoses, manifolds, water pumps, oil pans, gaskets, Timing Chain and turbos are provided on many products at no additional cost for your convenience but are not covered under warranty.
- Our warranty applies solely to the specified covered parts. Labor charges are not included unless explicitly stated in writing or encompassed within a separate, paid warranty agreement.
- If the product is used in ways it shouldn’t be, like racing or towing, or if it’s not taken care of properly, we cannot cover any issues that arise. This also includes problems from improper installation, unapproved repairs, or any modifications made by someone who isn’t qualified.
- Any pre-existing issues with the vehicle that may result in damage to the ordered part will result in the nullification of the warranty. Additionally, the warranty specifically excludes any coverage for delays, loss of time, transportation or towing expenses, as well as any related direct or indirect damages arising from a defect.
- Leaks resulting from deteriorated gaskets, filters, or seals are not included under coverage provisions.

Common Parts & Accessories Not Covered Under Warranty
- Seals and Gaskets – front/rear seals, pan gaskets, all sealing elements.
- Filters – transmission fluid filters.
- Sensors & Electrical Parts – speed sensors, pressure sensors, wiring harnesses, solenoids, electrical modules.
- Transmission Cooler Lines and Hoses – external fluid lines/coolers.
- Mounts and Brackets – engine/transmission mounts, shift link brackets.
- Linkages – shift linkage, cables, clutch linkage on manuals.
- External Assemblies – actuators, modulator, governor (if external), kickdown linkage.
- Fluid Leaks from Seals – leaks or fluid loss from seals or gaskets are often excluded.
- Transmission Fluid and Correct Oil – must be installed fresh for the warranty to be valid.
- Installation Labor – labor costs are not covered.
- Torque Converter Seal Replacement – installation prerequisites (often mandatory) are outside warranty.
- Wear & Tear Items — parts that degrade with normal use.
- Damage from Misuse/Neglect — improper installation, racing, towing, neglect, contamination.
- Consequential Costs — towing, rental cars, diagnostics, downtime, loss of use.

Free Nationwide Shipping:
We are proud to offer Complimentary Freight Shipping on all engines and transmissions across the United States.
- Residential & Commercial: We deliver to both business addresses and private residences.
- Commercial Address shipping is Free of Cost.
- Residential Shipping is also Free, but customers have to pay $100 for the forklift charges additional.
Delivery Timeline
Our logistics team works quickly to get your vehicle back on the road.
- Order Processing: 3–5 business days (verification and palletization).
- Transit Time:3–5 business days, which also depends on freight companies
- Total Estimated Delivery: 8-15 business days from the date of purchase.
Note: Delivery windows are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, timelines may be affected by carrier volume, weather conditions, or seasonal peaks.
Freight Handling & Logistics
Because engines and transmissions are heavy-duty items, they require specialized handling. We partner with industry-leading freight carriers, including FedEx Freight, R&L Carriers, and AAA Cooper, to ensure professional transit.
- Liftgate Service: Included at a $100 additional charge for residential deliveries or locations without a loading dock.
- Delivery Appointments: For residential orders, the carrier will contact you 24–48 hours in advance to schedule a delivery window.
- Packaging: Every unit is professionally secured to a heavy-duty pallet, shrink-wrapped, and protected against the elements and transit vibration.
Geographic Coverage
Fusion Used Engines & Transmission Inc currently ships to all 50 U.S. States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories.
Receiving Your Shipment
To ensure a smooth delivery and protect your purchase, please follow these requirements:
- Availability: An adult must be present during the scheduled delivery window to sign for the freight.
- Immediate Inspection: Before the driver leaves, inspect the external packaging and the unit for any signs of transit damage.
- Documentation: If any damage is visible, it must be clearly noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading before signing.
- Reporting: Contact Fusion Used Engines & Transmission Inc Support within 24–48 hours if any damage is discovered.
Tracking & Support
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal.
Shipping Damage Claims: In the rare event of transit damage, please take high-resolution photos of the packaging and the unit immediately. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a swift resolution or replacement.

Warranty Voiding Term & Conditions
- Preinstallation checks have not been conducted as required.
- A diagnostic report addressing the issue has not been submitted by an ASE-certified mechanic.
- The used engine purchased was not installed within the specified 15 days from the date of Delivery.
- Returns or replacements of used engines or merchandise are only permitted due to accidents or misuse.
- The used engine or merchandise has been repaired or modified without prior approval from our organization.
- The used engine or merchandise has sustained damage due to overheating or insufficient lubrication.
- The used engine or merchandise is being returned with missing or damaged heat tabs.
- All electrical and electronic issues are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Oil leaks resulting from failed seals or gaskets are not covered under warranty.
- The merchandise has been altered or is not being returned in the same condition as it was originally sent.
- Comprehensive troubleshooting steps have not been performed to identify the root cause of the engine failure, or the part has been removed or disassembled prior to our inspection.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Fusion Used Engines & Transmission Inc, we stand behind the integrity of our inventory. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency, protect your investment, and provide a seamless experience from delivery to installation.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, parts must be in their original, uninstalled condition.
- Eligibility: Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and accessories included.
- Condition: Returns must be free of physical damage, scratches, or alterations.
- Authorisation: A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) is required. Don’t hesitate to contact us to obtain your RMA number before shipping.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns to account for inspection, processing, and administrative expenses. In instances where the merchandise has been shipped, two separate freight charges will also be incurred. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Installed or partially installed engines/transmissions.
- Electrical components that have been connected or plugged in.
- Custom-sourced or special-order items.
- Parts damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received at our facility, it undergoes a rigorous inspection by our technicians.
- Inspection & Approval: 2–3 business days.
- Internal Processing: 5–7 business days following approval.
- Bank Posting: 5–10 business days (depending on your financial institution).
- Total Estimated Timeframe: 10–15 business days for funds to appear in your account.
- Refund Method: Credits are issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit, PayPal, or Wire Transfer).
- Refund Amount: Your refund includes the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order according to the following windows:
- 24-Hour Grace Period: Cancellations within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund with no fees.
- Pre-Shipment: If an order is cancelled before shipment, the customer will incur only a restocking fee of 20%.
- In-Transit: If you refuse delivery while the item is in transit, a refund will be issued minus all shipping costs and 20% Restocking fee.
- Special Orders: Custom-sourced units may be subject to a 30% fee if cancellation occurs after processing begins.
NOTE – To initiate an order cancellation, customers are required to submit their cancellation request via email to Fusionusedengines@gmail.com. Please note that without the submission of this cancellation email, the request will not be considered valid.
5. Inspection & Photo Approval
- Important: Once a part is installed, return eligibility ends, and warranty coverage begins.
- Visual Inspection: You have 48 hours from delivery to inspect the unit for transit damage.
- Photo Approval Service: For added peace of mind, you may request “Photo Approval” during checkout.
6. Core Return Requirements
If your purchase includes a core charge, you must return your old unit within 30 days to receive a full core refund.
- Condition: The core must be the same type as the purchased unit and include all major components (block, heads, crank).
- Rejection: Cores with cracked blocks, fire damage, or missing major internals may be rejected or result in a partial refund.
- Process: Use our prepaid return label and the original packaging from your new part.
Legal Terms (Texas Compliant)
1. Testing & Inspection Disclaimer
Fusion Used Engines & Transmission Inc. certifies that all recycled engines and transmissions undergo industry-standard testing by qualified technicians to verify functional viability prior to sale. These evaluations are internal quality control measures. Unless expressly agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase, Fusion Used Engines & Transmission Inc. is not obligated to provide specific test data, pressure readings, or technical reports as part of the sale or warranty fulfillment.
2. Limitation of Liability & Damages
PURSUANT TO TEXAS BUSINESS & COMMERCE CODE § 2.719, FUSION USED ENGINES & TRANSMISSION INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. This exclusion includes, but is not limited to: towing charges, rental vehicle fees, loss of time/profits, storage fees, installation labor (unless a separate labor warranty was purchased), or any other costs arising from a part failure. Liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the part purchased, at the sole discretion of the company.
3. Mileage and Condition Representation
Mileage information is provided based on the best available records from our suppliers and is not a guaranteed odometer reading. Per Texas “As Is” property standards, all products are sold based on their functional condition at the time of testing. Discrepancies in mileage shall not constitute a “material misrepresentation” and do not provide grounds for returns, refunds, or breach of warranty claims.
4. Fraud and Documentation
The submission of fraudulent, altered, or misleading documentation (including tampered maintenance receipts or ASE certifications) constitutes a material breach of contract and immediately voids all warranty coverage and return rights.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED BY FUSION USED ENGINES & TRANSMISSION INC. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED.
Note to Customer: Under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), you may have specific legal rights. However, by accepting these terms, you acknowledge that this written warranty defines the total limit of the company’s responsibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties; in such cases, the duration of the implied warranty shall be limited to the duration of the express limited warranty provided herein.
